Who should we call first before dispatching the authorities?

If your alarm system is activated and the siren goes off, we recommend we call two people that are currently living at the house before we call the police, fire, or first aid. If you are called by our central station, we need to verify it’s you. Please give us the name and secret password for the people we should call. You can have one secret password that everyone uses, or you can have different secret passwords for each person.

Who would you like us to call after the authorities have been dispatched?

If you don’t answer the phone when the central station calls or you have the wrong secret password, our central station will dispatch the authorities. We can also notify others that the authorities are on the way. (Maybe a neighbor, relative, or friend?)
